Learning to work with our intuitive selves is a way to open a dialogue with our hearts - a pathway to being one with ourselves and our world. When we do, we are temporarily freed of "us" and "them," and the struggles that we see all around us. As we become aware of who we really are as Spirit, we find more peace, have more abundance, create more space, and see life clearly.  Whenever we ask to awaken the best in us - no matter where we are in our journeys - we receive help from the teacher within us all. It's that simple.

Workshops
Workshops create an opportunity to learn and practice new tools to become more mindful and aware of our inner instincts.  We learn ways to create more space for ourselves, more abundance, and more freedom. We share these simple practices in ways to help everyone feel at home from whatever background or level of learning you may be coming from - all are welcome.
